28TH ANNUAL COLUMBUS CELIAC CONFERENCE

Date: Saturday October 31, 2015
Time: Check-in begins 7:30 a.m. General session begins 9 a.m. Program ends 3:30 p.m.
Location: Nationwide Children’s Hospital, 700 Children’s Drive, Columbus, OH
Cost:: $35 for adults and teens for registrations postmarked by September 18. After that date the registration fee is $45 per person. Children under 12 attend free. Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa or Master Card.
Registration: Online, by mail or by calling the Education Department at 614-355-0589.

NO WALK-INS. Everyone at the conference must pre-register. Early registration is recommended. This is a great event for all Ohioans! Registration fee is reasonable because it also includes a GF lunch. Compare to other events in other cities!
