1) How do you become a member of the Northeast Ohio Chapter? The Northeast Ohio Celiac Support Group believes that support group meetings should be open to all, so we do not charge dues. You are welcome at any event. To join, simply go to the Contact page and provide your contact information to receive group announcements. Some events require registration. If you would like to make a difference in the celiac community and help raise awareness or plan gluten free events, please consider attending our steering committee meetings. Meeting dates are posted on our homepage. Simply email us through our contact page, and tell us you'd like to come. 2) What is the Celiac Disease Foundation? The Celiac Disease Foundation is a national organization that informs, assists, and supports people with information about Celiac Disease (CD) and Dermatitis Herpetiformis (DH), They distribute reliable, up-to-date materials about the disease and the gluten-free lifestyle to assist individuals with CD/DH and those yet to be diagnosed. The Northeast Ohio Celiac Support Group is a chapter of this 501(c)3 national nonprofit.
