Trisha Lyons, registered dietitian, and Laurie Sammon, NEOCN member, will share tips, products and adjustments to keep you gluten-free and inspire you to stay gluten-free. We’ll compare gluten products with GF items we are now using and how we tweak recipes. If you are newly diagnosed, or have been gluten-free for years, this presentation is for you! Come listen, but if you are also inspired to share, tell us about your gluten-free solutions! We’ll have GF bakery/refreshments to start, sponsored by Cafe Avalaun and the Northeast Ohio Celiac Network. There will be a 20 minute presentation and then open discussion on your experiences with substitutions or products you’ve found. Come join us in Beachwood Library’s meeting room!
