I have had Celiac disease for over 20 years. and until Chef Eric came along it was trying to say the least. Matter of fact I almost died from it, being diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma, I lost over 80 lbs in a matter of weeks. I’m telling you this to bring the realization home. that if you DON’T adhere to the the Doctor’s warnings, but more importantly your body’s warnings you will end up going through the same thing . Thank God we NOW have a man that is compassionate to the needs of us that are using the GLUTEN-FREE LIFESTYLE. Thank you Chef Eric and God Bless you.
