Milton’s Craft Bakers Cauliflower Pizza

Found  Milton’s Craft Bakers Thin and Crispy Roasted Vegetable Cauliflower Crust Pizza at Costco.  I don’t see the item on their website.

The pizza is described as roasted zucchini, red, yellow and green bell peppers, onions, and a 3 cheese blend.

Oven baking for 15 minutes resulted in a firm, crisp crust with a chewy texture and without a strong cauliflower taste.  The cheese and toppings were well distributed but were bland with an overall flavor of sweet tomatoes.

The cost was 12.99 for 2 frozen pizzas.  Total weight 2 lbs, 3.6 oz.

Nutritionally, the serving size of 1/4 of  a pizza has 230 calories, 2 grams of fiber and 12 grams of protein.

I’m looking forward to the 2nd pizza.  Now I know to have some garlic or crushed red pepper flakes available to give it a bit of spice.

  1. First time made the pizza, my husband the hard to try new foods, LOVED the Cauliflower Crust Vegetable pizza. New staple for our house.

      1. I just bought it today at our Costco here in Miami Kendall fla store. It was delicious and will absolutely buy again.

  2. I found the topping to be somewhat bland. That I can fix with seasoning and adding more onions. The crust was the problem for me. I baked the first one for 15 minutes as directed. The crust was burned, black on the edges and inedible. I had to take the second one out of the oven at the seven minutes left mark. The edges of the crust were already dark brown and unfit to eat. Before you say something is wrong with my oven, I’ve hat no other problems with it and have been using it a lot lately since I’m stuck at home during this pandemic. I have another box so I’ll see if lowering the oven temp from what you recommend will do the trick.

    1. I have never had an issue with it. I don’t even know what the directions say but I always cook it at 400 for 10min

  3. Disappointed with crust. Much of the topping broke through the crust and dropped into my oven. A mess to clean. The taste was great, but insufficient crust.

  4. This pizza is absolutely the best frozen pizza I have ever had!!!!! I bought it at Costco….. And I am going back there tomorrow and buying lots more!!!!

      1. Delaina, you will need to go direct to the site for the manufacturer. Often
they have lists of the merchants that carry their product.

  5. I loved your cauliflower crust pizza. I only part I didn’t like was the sauce. It tasted like spaghetti sauce.

  6. Does anyone know what the sodium content listed is for this pizza. Have a low sodium diet and high sodium is a no no for me. Makes GF and low sodium a double edge knife.

  7. My Costco stopped selling them & I really loved them! Anywhere else near 48312 selling them?? I have to have them! Delicious!!

  8. Found some in Lancaster PA and loved it. + only 8 weight watchers point for 1/4th of the pie, Yum!
Only one problem, I FORGOT WHERE I BOUGHT IT.

Any one familiar or near 17603 Zip code, can you tell me where I can find it.
