Katherine Krage is the founder and product formulator of Minus G
baking mixes.  Currently operating out of her home but seeking a commercial kitchen to accommodate her company’s expected growth.

Products currently at Shaker Farm Market on Saturday mornings at Shaker Sq. and Thurs. at Public Sq. and Sage’s Farm in Chardon.

We sampled the sliced bread and pizza – really good stuff!
We bought and shared a Pecan Sticky Roll – super yummy!  It will be even yummier if we can be patient enough to get it home and heat it up a bit;)

  1. Bought a loaf of gluten free bread at the Mentor farmer’s market. BEST G-free bread I’ve ever had! Will try some mixes next time.

  2. We hosted a craft fair at Lake Catholic high school this weekend. Minus G had a booth. We sampled and bought the brownie mix, so delicious! We also bought a ready to eat apple pie and it was absolutely the most delicious gluten-free bakery I have ever tasted! I have baked for my son with allergies for over 15 years myself. Recently, the household has gone gluten-free. Highly recommend these products for a real treat!
