The preparation is very easy.
I did do one variation and whipped the egg whites instead of just adding them as directed. I think I may do this with all mixes I try because it makes the finished product lighter. The problem with a lot of gluten free baked goods is that they are so heavy and dense.
I was surprised to see the phrase, a good source of fiber, on the package but it does contain pumpkin. If you add nuts, or raisins, or chopped dates you’ll increase the fiber and nutrition content!
