There is a collection of gluten free baking mixes at Giant Eagle. They are Giant Eagle’s Nature’s Basket brand. Each sells for $3.99.
At the Legacy Village Store they sell Yellow Cake Mix, Cheddar and Herb Biscuit Mix, Double Chocolate Brownie, Honey Cornbread and Muffin Mix, Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake and Muffin Mix, Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, Pancake & Baking Mix, and All-Purpose Baking Flour.
They can be found on the Giant Eagle website by searching for “gluten free” and filtering for “Nature’s Basket” brand.
The package does not have instructions on how to make anything other than pancakes. They do not list a biscuit recipe online either. Giant Eagle Market District has cut back on their gluten free items. A manager told me that he got a lot of complaints about this and said that his store would lose customers unless they listened to shoppers. I would prefer Busquick Gluten Free Mix but Giant Eagle no longer carries it. Their item is more expensive and not as good.
I buy some of these them in Solon. They are not bad but I still like King Arthur mixes but they are more expensive.
I recommend using the cornbread mix to make pancakes.
I found the mix a couple months back. It tasted just like the ones from Red Lobster.
Went back for me and can’t find it in stock anywhere.
Are there any other GE stores that carry Nature’s basket?

the best source for that will be to speak directly to Giant Eagle either via a phone call or check them out at gianteagle.com
Natures Basket is a Giant Eagle brand. You should be able to find these at any Giant Eagle/Market District store (I work for Giant Eagle in the curbside shopping department.)
