Thank you to everyone who played any part in our adventure over the last two years as we lived a part of our dream in Avon, Oh. Owning and operating a full scale bakery/deli was a magnificent joy for us and our family. We will miss all of our customers and the many friends we made along the way. If you’re still dying for your favorite gluten free or vegan dessert you can find our products at Erie Island Coffee in Rocky River, Rio Coffee Shop in Avon Lake and at Raisin Rack in Canton, Oh. We are still taking individual orders as well through our email (sugarnspicebakedgoods@gmail.com) and facebook page.

Worth the drive!

A farm with many retail buildings (gift barn, gardening barn, etc) There is a barn ENTIRELY for food allergies with about 900 gluten free products, many dairy free, new or hard to find.

In addition to the market, Naturally Soergel’s is across the street and offers numerous baked goods which are gluten-free and free of other allergens. The gluten-free baked items are not baked on premesis but rather are brought in by several local gluten-free bakers.

If you travel to Pittsburgh first, visit Gluuteny Bakery in Squirrel Hill for GF pastry and then head to Soergel’s. Be prepared to spend more than you anticipated.

Amy Soergel was diagnosed a few years ago and is trained in nutrition. She is more than qualified to answer your questions.

Kathy’s Creations LLC is a made-to-order specialty bakery, where every item is totally gluten-free and made from scratch.

The bakery is open to the public Thursday and Friday 9:00 – 5:00, and Saturday 9:00 – 4:00, when a variety of items will be available from the showcases. Any items from Kathy’s complete product list may be ordered for pick-up by calling Tuesday through Saturday.
