My husband, myself, my best friend and her husband dined at the North Olmsted Chilli’s on Sun, May 31st, about Noon. It was one of the first days the restaurant was open for inside dining and the first time since the lock-down that we ate in a restaurant. They took no reservations that day, but on the phone indicated to get there early before there would be a long wait. We were seated immediately and all staff (hostesses, wait staff, kitchen help, etc. were wearing masks). Every other table/booth was blocked off so that no party was seated near another party. They had no gluten-free menu available for me; however, they expertly advised me on what I could safe eat and flagged my order for my dietary restrictions – a separate person delivered my meal from the person that delivered the meals for the rest of our party. The food was delicious and we sat and chatted, were not hurried, there about an hour. Overall, we were very impressed with the precautions, service and special attention to my gluten-free needs – and my husband tipped extremely well in gratitude for all that!! (I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone else and I look forward to going there myself once again.)
