  1. Hello Friends! My wife bought Minus G from our local market as we were relieved that such a cool product was offered and had good reviews. My wife bought the cinnamon rolls, bread mix and artisan pizza mix. She read the instructions and made a veritable feast for us to enjoy over the weekend. Upon opening the pizza mix she found a long hair in the mix. We aren’t used to finding hair in our food unless it’s from our family but this was a whiteish blonde hair and we aren’t used all dark brown. We tossed the mix. So not sure if it was tasty or not. She tried to reach out to the company but received no return communication until we received a call from a woman Kathy instructing us to follow the return instructions on the site. Minusg.com. My wife made the cinnamon rolls and while they came out pretty dry, not ooey gooey like the package advertised, we added home made icing to drown out the blandness. They were tolerable at that point. We ate them and later that afternoon our daughter became queasy feeling. She had bloating and I hadn’t realized until then my wife and I I had cramps as well. My daughter has IBS and was up most of the evening with diarrhea. We did some research and called our doctor and he said some of these “mystery” miracle products are high in fermentable carbs as well as hidden gluten or cross contamination can cause the symptoms that made us feel not so great. On the website it says to send the mix back and upon their discretion they will send a replacement. This is a horrible policy as it costs more to send the product back than just buy another better product. We don’t want replacement products so we can make our entire household ill for a day so we feel the policies are a scam designed to give you a guarantee of nothing. Also we read thru the terms of service and it’s very one sided with implied agreements and don’t feel the owners truly care about their products or customers.

  2. Happy Spring! Just a reminder that Minus G products are produced and sold in our local market. This note came to us, from the makers of Minus G, as reminder of the products.

  3. Buy the bread mix for my niece. My sister had almost figured out how to fix her own. But your mix was tweaked and was much better. Thanks Katherine.

  4. The chocolate cake is melt in your mouth great, however you do need two packages to make a nice double decker cake. Well worth it for those special occasions. 🙂

  5. Saw a large selection of the mixes at Picnic Hill Market and Cafe at Fairmount Circle in Shaker Heights. Also selling a frozen prepared Minus G sandwich bread loaf.

    1. Minus G products are just amazing! I’ve been able to sample them at the Cleveland IX center Christmas Show. I highly recommend them also because you can make multiple recipes from one package, not just what it says.
