Nature’s Oasis bills itself as a “Convenience Market & Cafe”.
On a recent visit to the Shaker location I enjoyed a stroll around the small collection of fresh produce and a variety of groceries, many of them gluten free.
Then I ordered from the cafe menu. So many choices. Bagel sandwiches, waffles, GF muffins and cookies. And coffee.
I tried the GF bagel with bacon, egg whites, and cheese and sat in the light filled space where others were eating, meeting and working.
Tried the veggie melt on gluten free bread. I was told they would change gloves and wrap my sandwich in foil when using a shared panini press. The sandwich came wrapped in 3 sheets of foil which may be the reason the bread was a steamed and soggy texture. Nice assortment of veggies and gooey melted cheddar. Think I’d try a cold sandwich next time.
I asked today if they use the same toaster and they said yes. Do you know if it’s a normal toaster and if it’s safe?

You’ll need to make this inquiry regarding the toaster direct to the restaurant. If you take care to
never use a shared toaster then you will want to ask them not to use it to make your toast.
For me, I would not eat out of a shared toaster. Others might be ok with the shared toaster.
