Costco has a 30 ounce loaf of BFree Bread for $6.89.
The gluten free white loaf has large slices that hold together well for sandwiches. The taste and texture are bread-like.
Gluten eating friends liked it well enough and ate their sandwiches without complaints about the bread. They suggested that it would make good French Toast. Maybe this French Toast Bake recipe?
