Dedicated Gluten Free Bakery in Alliance, OH

Kathy’s Creations LLC is a made-to-order specialty bakery, where every item is totally gluten-free and made from scratch.

The bakery is open to the public Thursday 9am – 1pm, Friday 9am – 4pm, and Saturday 9am – 2pm, when a variety of items will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Any items from Kathy’s complete product list may be ordered in advance for pick-up by filling out their online form or calling between 9am – 4pm Wednesday through Saturday.

I also met a woman at the Brunswick Farmer’s Market who makes gluten free bakery (she is gluten intolerant). I had the pumpkin cupcake—it was sooooo good! She bakes out of her home, and her business name is Kelly’s Kakes.
