The flours that we use are mainly rice and tapioca. We expect to be all over Northeast Ohio, mainly Cuyahoga County.
We are currently looking to book events for 2025, but nothing scheduled yet.
I was diagnosed with celiac in 2024 but gluten free since 2023.
I was tired of only having a few safe places to eat and wanted to provide a gluten free food that isn’t being done, which just happened to be food that takes everyone back to their summer childhood days.
The best part of everything is seeing people’s happy faces when they are able to eat something that they haven’t had in years, or ever.

Does anyone know where to find a gluten free fish fry in northeast Ohio. I am in the Cleveland area but would drive an hour for a good gluten free fish fry .

Hi Fred! Sadly, I only discovered that Boss ChicknBeer had gf fish fry this past lenten season. This came to my attention
on the final day of their offering. Next year we will have to reach out to them and get this posted.
We had It’s Only Fair at our event last weekend and they were a huge hit, even selling out of funnel cakes! All the non-GF folks were loving it and the two of us with celiac disease were in heaven. The teenager even had deep fried Oreos for dinner, LOL!

Found by a friend on Facebook: It’s Only Fair, the new gluten free food truck on the westside, is taking orders for Valentines Day cookies. $15/dozen, and you have to pre-order. Chocolate, Strawberry, Red Velvet, Lemon Raspberry, Pistachio, Cannoli Cookies.
