We will be gathering in person and on ZOOM for our September meeting on Tuesday, September 1 2026 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Independence Library, 6361 Selig Dr., Independence, OH 44131. Gluten free refreshments will be available. The ZOOM connection will be emailed to those who wish to join our meeting.

My son and I recently entered some baked goods in the Lake County Fair. I brushed up on some baking research while developing some recipes for it. We’ve been gluten free for 18 years but I feel like I’ve finally been able to up the quality of my baking. If we’re able to make it I’ll share what I learned.
