Barilla GF Pasta. Also at Heinen’s. New from this old Italian pasta maker. Spaghetti, elbow macaroni & fusili. Really good, but not delicate, traditional dried GF pasta.

I saw both Tyson and Purdue GF chicken nuggets at the Giant Eagle in Willoughby.
I haven’t tried these products. But I am a big fan of the Bell and Evans 
GF chicken tenders.

Great finds in the frozen food section at Costco today. Garden Lites Zucchini Chocolate Muffins were well priced at $9.99 for 14 individually wrapped GF muffins. At 120 calories each with 4g of protein and 5g of fiber, I can easily justify one for breakfast or a guilt free snack.
